As the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Chapter Leader, I help create free, welcoming workshops where younger students discover STEM by building, experimenting, and asking questions.

The mission
These workshops are designed for younger students, especially those who may not otherwise have easy access to STEM materials or programs. Students can participate without bringing supplies from home.
Donations help provide and restock stationery, electronics, robotics kits, LEGO parts, experiment materials, storage, and printed handouts.
My role
I help shape the program, plan hands-on activities, organize local sessions, and turn my interests in engineering and software into accessible learning experiences.
I work alongside Event Manager Letizia Lavelli to plan and run the workshops.
